TR
TR keeps us on our toes and challenges us daily to maximize client satisfaction and profits (yours and ours) simultaneously. TR has actively supported many Central Valley community causes for over 40 years, including the Merced County Food Bank, education, healthcare, UC Merced, youth sports-he has even been known to shave his head for a cause. He is the zebra behind Rental Zebra. There is no gray area with this leader, it’s all black and white.
Erin
Erin is our General Manager. She is our resident marketing ace, a reports wizard and she puts brilliance behind all that she does. There is no task too large or too small for this exceptional woman and you’ll be thrilled with the results Erin delivers. Erin is a MUHSD board member, and is committed to improving her community.

Alicia
Alicia coordinates all facility improvements and on-going maintenance and does it with energy and charisma. She’s a savvy negotiator and demands jobs well done. Alicia is a devoted supporter of children and adults with special needs, she currently serves on the board of Miracle League North Bay. Tacos are her favorite food.
Cristen
Cristen spearheads business development and growth for Rental Zebra. A talented real estate investor, Cristen is constantly looking for new real estate opportunities. She is driven to succeed and her creative thinking serves us (and you) well. Her passion for real estate translates into exceptional leadership and customer service. Cristen enjoys country music, guacamole and traveling in Europe.

Teena
Teena is our Accounting Supervisor. Teena approaches each task with a great attitude and brings good energy to our Merced office. She is a proud graduate of Fresno State, and a top notch business writer! Teena always makes sure there is great music playing in our office.
Maritza
Maritza is our accounting administrator. She joined our team in early 2022. Maritza has a great work ethic and we are delighted to have her onboard. She is a Merced CA native and is fluent in Spanish. Maritza likes trying new recipes, loves her dogs, and is a big fan of the pan de muerto her family makes on Todo Santos day.

Shaylynn
Shaylynn is our Central Valley Property Manager. She has been a part of team Rental Zebra for more than 10 years! Shaylynn is a problem solver by nature. She asks great questions, and loves helping our tenants find a place to call home. In her free time, Shaylynn loves spending time with family and going on all sorts of adventures.

Brittany is our short/midterm rental coordinator. She brings several years of property management experience to our team. Brittany is polite, eager to find a resolution to every issue brought her way, and always happy to help. Brittany was born and raised in Merced. She loves Italian food, dreams of visiting Paris some day, and loves being a mom.

Suzanne
Suzanne is our strategic maintenance manager. She hails from Ohio where she was a realtor and a professional photographer. As a result, she understands weather issues, how to properly improve a home, and her attention to detail is second to none. She’s patient, kind, and not afraid of much! She’s dedicated to protecting properties and ensuring resident safety. Suzanne enjoys the outdoors, traveling with her family and new adventures.
Ricardo
Ricardo is our Central Valley Maintenance Assistant. He is fluent in Spanish. Ricardo is thorough, thoughtful and always gets the job done. We know we can count on Ricardo, and you can too! He is great at helping tenants problem solve and trouble shoot.

Khristine
Khristine is our Bay Area Regional Property Manager. She has been a Bay Area resident for thirty years. Khristine is a seasoned property management professional, with over ten years in the business. She mixes her experience and task driven nature to deliver excellent service and results to our residents and owners. She is fluent in Tagalog. Khristine is a major foodie and will travel far and wide for great food and treats!

Lindsay
Lindsay is our DFW Regional Property Manager. Originally from Oklahoma, Lindsay relocated to DFW several years ago and brought with her lots of spunk. Lindsay is patient and always happy to help. She’s quick on her feet and great at finding a solution to any problem. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys live music, and leads her son's scout group.

Diana is our Maintenance Coordinator for DFW/Oregon/Tahoe/Bay Area. She has an extensive customer service background. Diana holds our vendors accountable, and makes sure our tenants and owners receive prompt, polite service. She joined our team in 2020. Diana is fluent in Spanish. Her go to karaoke song is "I Will Always Love You" by the late, great Whitney Houston.
Andria
Andria is our DFW Field Agent. A Texas gal through and through, Andria can do it all. Her energy is contagious and she’s willing and happy to help our tenants, contractors, and team to make sure our operations are running smoothly. Andria is nearly always out in the field meeting with people or inspecting properties. She keeps things in motion and gets the job done.
Martin
Martin is our DFW/Oregon/Tahoe/Bay Area Administrative Assistant. He is fluent in Spanish. Martin assists with maintenance, as well as administrative tasks across multiple regions. Martin is friendly and eager to help. He has great energy, loves to travel and cares about his teammates.
