We have had horrible experiences with property management companies in Bend. It seems most are just looking to charge people for anything and everything they can. They hide behind hidden policies that force you to pay for things that no one would expect to pay. As a lawyer, I am very careful and rarely fall for these tricks but they had the affect of putting me on guard at all times. I have found Rental Zebra to be the opposite; in that, everyone I have spoken too has been kind, respectful, and willing to work with me. I do not feel like a number and a dollar sign, but a valued customer. My favorite thing about Rental Zebra is the people I have worked with and their willingness to be flexible and listen to me.
